Hourly billing misaligns incentives — slower work costs you more. Fixed prices mean every reason to work efficiently, and you know exactly what you’re paying. Scope is the variable, not the clock.
What if the project grows in scope?
Minor additions are absorbed. Significant scope additions get a quick re-scope and updated price — agreed before work starts. Nothing silently added to an invoice.
Do you work with early-stage founders on tight budgets?
Sometimes. If the problem is genuinely interesting and the scope is small, there’s room to be flexible. The first conversation costs nothing either way.
Is the retainer required after a build?
No. Two weeks of post-launch bug fixes come with every Build. The retainer is optional and available if you want ongoing support — many projects run fine without one.
Start with a conversation.
Tell me what you’re building. I’ll send back a written scope and a number, inside 48 hours.
